The curriculum spans a wide spectrum of dessert creation, from artisanal frozen specialties to plated buffet presentations and advanced chocolate work. Courses are structured to suit varying skill levels, ensuring that both established professionals and those new to the field find relevant, challenging content. The torn-edge red accents and bold typography of the training centers reflect the same confident, rugged spirit that defines the educational approach—practical, demanding, and deeply rewarding.

Before enrolling in any course at a PreGel International Training Center, prospective students should familiarize themselves with the established policies that govern registration, attendance, and facility use. All enrollments are processed through the official class schedule portal, with confirmation finalized upon receipt of payment. Class sizes are intentionally limited to preserve the quality of instruction and ensure each participant receives adequate attention from the chef instructors. Students are expected to arrive prepared and adhere to the professional kitchen standards that define the ITC experience. These guidelines exist not to restrict but to protect the integrity of the learning environment, allowing every attendee to focus fully on developing their skills without distraction or disruption.
