Attend this class to learn about the many different applications of soft serve and a variety of trendy novelties that are sure to please! This class teaches students how to prepare different soft serve options such as dairy-free, kosher, low-calorie, and sugar-free products. From traditional frozen yogurt to extreme and trendy flavors, the class also focuses on unique recipe formulations to fit your business needs.

After exploring the world of soft serve, this class will delve into fun novelties such as our wildly successful Gelato Panini concept, and a variety of beverages options including granita, shakes, cocktails, and custard concretes. Frozen dessert and beverage ideas are everywhere, so separating your concept from the pack is imperative, and PreGel’s International Training Centers are offering this special class to teach you how to do just that.
