Encore! Chef Amaury Guichon—French and Swiss pastry chef, artist, teacher, social media sensation, and author of “The Art of Flavor,” will be returning to our International Training Centers – NC, making a second highly-anticipated lecture for our 5-Star Pastry Series® 10-year anniversary.
During this visit, the internationally-renowned aficionado of pastry will bring the rousing energy of his dynamic culinary expertise back to the PreGel ITC, where class attendees will delve into the art of boutique style entremets. Led by Chef Guichon’s knowledge, students will examine:
- Classic and modern techniques to create a variety of entremet for a wide range of occasions
- The significance of flavor and texture variations in desserts
- Techniques to decorate and present an upscale buffet of desserts
* For the price of this class, you will receive a customized class recipe book featuring original recipes by Chef Amaury Guichon; a copy of Chef Guichon’s new book “The Art of Flavor;” 3-night hotel accommodations; transportation to and from hotel lodging facilities; daily lunch provided by PreGel; professionally taken photographs of the entire class experience; a PreGel certificate of completion; and
24 Continuing Education Hours certified by the American Culinary Federation. To maintain an intimate learning environment, class sizes are no larger than 20 students max.
