Chef Amaury Guichon—French and Swiss pastry chef, master chocolate sculptor with unbelievable talent and incredible attention to lifelike detail, engaging teacher, and insightful author of “The Art of Flavor,” is returning to the PreGel International Training Centers to deliver another energizing lecture on Boutique Style Entremets.
During this highly anticipated visit, Chef Guichon will share his dynamic culinary expertise with class attendees of the PreGel ITC, who will examine:
- Classic and modern techniques to create a variety of entremet for a wide range of occasions
- The significance of flavor and texture variations in desserts
- Techniques to decorate and present an upscale buffet of desserts
* For the price of this class, you will receive a customized class recipe book featuring original recipes by Chef Amaury Guichon; an autographed copy of Chef Guichon’s book “The Art of Flavor;” 3-night hotel accommodations; transportation to and from hotel lodging facilities; daily lunch provided by PreGel; professionally taken photographs of the entire class experience; a PreGel certificate of completion; and 24 Continuing Education Hours certified by the American Culinary Federation. To maintain an intimate learning environment, class sizes are no larger than 20 students max.

Cancel 30-60 days before the class start date: 50% refund
