With an unwavering commitment to education, our facilities offer instruction in a variety of areas throughout the year to students of all skill levels, providing theoretical and hands-on learning experiences. PreGel America’s ITCs offer an intimate setting with unparalleled ingredients, superior equipment, and unequaled training and guidance, and have been approved by The American Culinary Federation (ACF) for Continuing Education Hours (CEHs). Classes indicated with CEHs meet the ACF continuing education standards. Attendees of these classes will earn ACF continuing education hours (CEHs) towards ACF initial and renewal certification.
