This class teaches the fundamentals skills needed to make a variety of confections, including truffles, marshmallows, pate de fruit, fudge, and trendy brigadieros, a South American favorite. From flavored ganache to delightful fruit candies, you will learn essential techniques to create these lavish treats. The class will cover proper handling of pastry equipment and standard recipes easy to implement into your business.

How to develop a specific product offering for your customers
