This course is designed to introduce you to a variety of baked goods, including some gluten-free options, in a fun, easy, and innovative way. Attendees will learn about the roles that different ingredients and techniques play in the baking process. Hands-on practice will lead to the creation of many desserts that are sure to really impress your customers. This course is perfect for any skill level from beginner to advanced and is a great way to expand your menu with items such as macarons, eclairs, donuts, muffins, cupcakes, and much more.

Time of Class: 9:00am to 4:00pm each day (Lunch is provided by PreGel America)
