The Chef’s Garden is a small family farm doing great things. Weather-related crop devastation in 1983 led farm owners, Bob Jones, Sr., Lee Jones, and Bob Jones, Jr. to reinvent their role in agriculture, focusing on uniqueness and quality. With guidance from chefs, the family decided to farm sustainably, balancing both old and new methods to minimize the impact of growing vegetables on the environment. The farm ships to over 1,500 restaurants in 24 countries annually.
