Pastry Basics

Our Pastry Basics course is designed to introduce quick and easy-to-use products that can be utilized for any business seeking to expand or add to their pastry offerings.  This course is suitable for both large and small businesses, as well as skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced.  Attendees will learn simple ways to “wow” customers with the creation of verrines, tarts, pate a choux, monoportions, macarons, and more.
